So I was like OK they told me to do an incident report I spoke with Katrina, which is the manager over. This was before Bingo has started mind you, so I was like oh my goodness I know this is going to leave marks you know and we were like OK you need to slow down so I was told I need to do an incident report, so anyway after bingo I went on to the casino continue to gamble because that’s what I was there for when I woke up that morning to take my shower, I know there’s all these marks on me and my left breast as well on top of it it was a straight line from the table. But as far as what happened, I was still on December 3 sitting at the table, looking at my paper in my computer, when a lady on a scooter ran into my table that’s right ran into my table, so I was pinned under it so my arms was in my lap so of course the table was in the crease above my arms.
So DecemI was at the bingo hall at the Winstar casino of course, I’m still waiting for someone to get in contact with me from the hotel.
